These terms govern your use of Musaed. By signing up you agree to provide accurate information, follow Kuwaiti law, and accept the bidding and cancellation rules described in the app.

Service

Musaed connects customers and drivers for on-demand multi-task delivery. Drivers bid in a timed two-phase auction; the customer picks one bid.

Payments

Bid amounts are paid upfront via wallet or MyFatoorah and held by the platform until the order completes. Goods cost is paid at delivery via cash, wallet, or MyFatoorah.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy depends on the stage of the order. See the cancellation help inside the app for details. Stage 3 (after the driver has purchased goods) cannot be cancelled by the customer.

Liability

Musaed is a marketplace. Drivers are independent contractors.
